Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account closure.
3.3 Single Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one registered pk770 Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identifying information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

4.4 Inactive Accounts. 7.2 Bet Settlement. Sports betting markets on pk770 are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. For PSL and international cricket markets, the official result as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the International Cricket Council (ICC) respectively shall govern settlement. In the event of conflicting information, pk770's decision shall be final.
7.3 Abandoned and Postponed Events. In the event that a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not reach a conclusion within a timeframe specified in the relevant market rules, pk770 reserves the right to void all bets on that event and return stakes to players' Accounts. 7.4 Casino Game Results. All casino game outcomes on pk770, including slot machine results, live dealer game outcomes, and RNG table game results, are determined by certified random number generation systems. Results are final once a game round is completed. Technical malfunctions that interrupt a game round prior to completion will result in the stake being returned to the player's Account balance.
7.5 Maximum Winnings. pk770 applies maximum single-session and single-event winning limits across its casino and sportsbook products. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk770 holds its gaming operating license.
